Responsibilities
· Producing the target number of assembled cabinets required on a daily basis
· Ensure you have the correct material and Work Order for the project
· Scan work order bar codes at the start and finish of the job, using you employee number, work order number and start or finish function
· Materials for processing are selected and inspected for defects, scratches and damage prior to operation
· On completion of all assembled units the Cabinet Maker is responsible for checking that all the hardware and metal components are attached correctly
· On completion of all assembled units Cabinet Maker is responsible for cleaning excess glue from finished unit

· On completion of all assembled units Cabinet Maker is responsible for checking the functionality and fit of doors, drawers and moving parts
· Should you encounter any defects they should be brought to the attention of your Supervisor or Manager
On completion of final assembly the work order packages or Quality Inspection checklist, shall be attached to the finished parts of the skid

· On completion of final assembly a Quality Inspection Sticker-QIS-001 shall be attached to each finished unit
Weight Handling: up to 45 kg (100 lbs)

Qualification
Candidate must be fluent (able to read, speak and write) in English. Education: Completion of high school, completion of College/Technical Training Program
