We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our team. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
 

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Maintain HR records and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.
  • Support HR team in various administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling inquiries.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives.
 

Qualification

Relevant undergraduate or graduate program with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
