We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Lathe, Mill and Drill Press Machine and possess a strong understanding of machining processes.

Schedule:

    Monday to Friday
    Weekends as needed

Expected hours: No less than 37.5 per week

Work Location: In person

-Minimum of 4 years of experience operating Lathes, Mills, and Drill Presses in a manufacturing environment.
-Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and machining instructions.
-Strong understanding of machining principles and techniques.
-Experience with CNC programming (a plus).
-Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Strong safety awareness.

-Operate and set up Lathes, Mills, and Drill Presses according to blueprints and specifications.
-Interpret technical drawings and machining instructions.
-Select and utilize appropriate tooling and cutting fluids for each job.
-Perform precision machining operations to meet tight tolerances.
-Conduct quality checks throughout the machining process.
-Maintain a clean and organized work area.
-Follow all safety procedures and regulations.
