· Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office management software.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities
· Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
· Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
· Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
· Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
· Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital.
· Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics and documentation.
· Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance office efficiency.
Qualification
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
