Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and social media management.
  • Strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and problem-solve.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and email marketing best practices is a plus.
  • Bilingual in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Canadian citizenship or Permanent Resident status.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to promote our products/services and enhance brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Manage social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
  • Create and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.
  • Willing to travel within and outside Canada.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
